Chemical Services
Color, lightening, smoothing, and other chemical services can cause skin or scalp sensitivity or allergic reactions. Please tell your stylist during your consultation about any allergies, skin or scalp conditions, medications, pregnancy, and previous chemical treatments, including box color and henna.
A patch or strand test is available on request and may be required before your first color service. Results depend on your hair's history and condition, and your stylist will talk through what to expect before starting.
